Where is Techup Technologies located?
Our office is at B-21/117, 19, Kamachha, Varanasi, UP - 221010. We work with clients across India and internationally via remote collaboration. You can visit us in person or connect over WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet.
How much does it cost to build a website or app?
Costs vary based on complexity. A business website typically starts at ₹15,000–₹50,000. Ecommerce sites start at ₹30,000+, and custom mobile apps start at ₹80,000+. We provide a detailed fixed quote after understanding your requirements — no hidden charges.
How long does a project take to complete?
A standard business website takes 2–4 weeks. Mobile apps take 6–16 weeks depending on features. ERP systems vary by scope. We give you an exact timeline in the project proposal, and we hold to it with weekly milestone updates.
Will I own the source code after delivery?
Yes, 100%. You receive full source code, database, and server access after final payment. We do not hold code hostage or charge licensing fees. It's your product completely.
Do you provide support after the project is delivered?
Yes. All projects include a free post-delivery support period (typically 30–90 days depending on project size). After that, we offer affordable annual maintenance packages. We don't disappear after going live.
Can you work with clients outside India?
Absolutely. We have clients in the UAE, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and more. We work in IST and can accommodate early morning or evening calls for international clients. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, and Razorpay.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, we sign NDAs before discussing your project details if requested. Your business idea and data are safe with us. We never share client project information publicly without permission.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Website redesign and migration is one of our core services. We can redesign your site while keeping your existing content, SEO rankings, and domain. We'll also improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rate.
