These terms govern your use of techuptechnologies.com, operated by Techup Technologies ("Techup", "we", "us"), and form the general basis on which we take on client work. By browsing this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms. Specific project work is additionally governed by the written proposal, quotation or contract agreed for that project — where the two differ, the signed project agreement takes precedence.

1. Use of this website

You may browse this site and use our contact channels to enquire about our services. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

2. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, logos and design of this website are the property of Techup Technologies and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for a client project (source code, designs, content) is set out in that project's contract; unless agreed otherwise in writing, full ownership transfers to the client upon final payment.

3. Project engagements

• Project scope, timeline and deliverables are defined in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
• Changes to agreed scope may affect timeline and cost and will be confirmed with you before proceeding.
• Timelines depend on you providing requested content, feedback and approvals promptly; delays on your end may extend delivery dates accordingly.

4. Payments

Payment terms (advance, milestones, final payment) are set out in the project proposal or invoice. Work, source code and hosting credentials are released on receipt of the payments due at each stage, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranties & liability

We take reasonable care to deliver work that matches the agreed scope and to keep this website accurate, but we make no warranty that the site or our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Techup Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from a client engagement, beyond the fees paid for the relevant project.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites (for example, social media or client sites). We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
